About Us
The Substance Abuse and Violence Prevention Department strives to provide preventative and informative services to the ISU community regarding substance use/abuse and related issues. It is our goal to create a campus and community cooalition which works to provide students, faculty, staff and the administration with a safe and healthy learning environment. Understanding that the abuse of substances and unhealthy behaviors may limit personal growth and safety, ISU is making a commitment to wellness through prevention, personal responsibility, healthy choices, education, and treatment options.
